By participating in this guarantee, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Eligibility

1. The 6-month money-back guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through SLO’s official website or authorized retail partners.

2. The guarantee is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase as listed on your receipt or order confirmation.

 

How to Qualify for a Refund

1. To qualify for a refund, you must:

• Use the journal for a minimum of 60 consecutive days.

• Demonstrate that you’ve engaged with the journal by submitting proof, such as photos of completed pages or a brief description of your experience.

2. Requests must include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase.

• A written explanation (50 words or more) describing your experience with the Gratitude Journal and why it did not meet your expectations.

 

How to Submit Your Request

1. Refund requests must be submitted via email to admin@slo.care or through our customer service portal.

2. Requests must include all required documentation (outlined above) to be processed.

 

Refund Process

1. Once your request is reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Refunds are limited to the cost of the journal and do not include shipping fees.

 

Limitations

1. The 6-month money-back guarantee applies to individual purchases only. Bulk or wholesale purchases are excluded.

2. Refunds are limited to one per customer or household.

3. Damaged, altered, or incomplete journals are not eligible for a refund.

 

Exclusions

1. This guarantee does not cover:

• Purchases made through unauthorized sellers or third-party websites.

• Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product.

2. SLO reserves the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of misuse or abuse of the guarantee.
